The Moose & Squirrel Medical clinic is excited to announce that we are adding to our Medical Home health care team!! Mr Casey Rowed, physician assistant, will be joining us in full-time in August 2023 AND we will also be welcoming a new physician later this year, Dr Erika Van Schalkwyk 🎉🎉

These arrivals now allow us to once again accept NEW patients to our clinic. As of July 4th, we are now accepting new patients. Once we reach capacity, we will then start a wait list in anticipation of Dr Van Schalkwyk’s arrival later this year. You can fill out the form on our website OR call 403-638-4433
